We choose very specific breeds for our lamb meat.
The majority of our lamb are Dorpers; which are a South African breed and a Persian cross.
We also use on occasion other traditional English meat breeds, as well as our premium saltbush lamb. Our saltbush lamb is raised on a diet consisting of 35% saltbush.
All Australian, with our saltbush lamb venturing over the border of Victoria with South Australia. We all love lamb.
