But why is grass fed beef better?
Our bodies are made to break down fats generated by animals that predominantly eat grass in their diet, instead of grain. Grain becomes a more complicated fat that stores in the body more readily, this can negatively affect the health of the animal leading to a distressed flavour.
Whatever way you cut it; grass fed beef is the healthier meat for us eat.
